What level of social responsibility am I working at?
I am currently working at level 4, I am working on this level because I have helped others by being one of many leaders needed. Being on this level, my interpersonal skills will improve such as helping when needed or make sure teams are equal and participating etc.
How can I get to the next level?
I can get to the next level by coaching teams or be the leader my family needs. Coaching teams will not only improve my skills but it will teach the young ones to be fair in a game. As for family, being a leader that they need, I will pave pathways, doing this I will teach my family by sharing with them what I know. Such as first aid training and the value of family. Making things harder for myself to show others that most situations ain't easy and that I too have to work to get to the next level.
How do I know I'm at this level?
I know I am on this level because I've shown good participation in Ki-o-Rahi by making sure the teams have even numbers and fair played. I also accept new challenging skills brought to the game.
